He was in the trampoline area and in the area clearly marked C. Our grandson is over 6' tall and is classified as a C. Older kids won't be knocking over the toddlers. There is a wide range of ages and they are seperated by age. We bring our grandsons here to get rid of some energy and still enjoy at 14 and 10. The different areas are well maintained, clean, and appear to be very safe. I am just utterly disgusted and will never go back again. The last time I checked, alcohol was not permitted on this facility as it is an organization that revolves around children.
When we went to leave an hour later, that same group of girls were by our items, which clearly shows that this staff and manager did nothing to resolve this issue. She, nor any of her staff, addressed this. While I was talking to her, they were mocking me and yelling across the lobby. The girls came out of the bathroom and I pointed them out to her (there were minors included in this group). The response I received was, "I will address this, but there is a bathroom in the back of the building you can use." It took every fiber in my being to not go off on this manager. I called them out on it, and then proceeded to address this with the staff and manager. After that 15-20 minutes of waiting, I could see that they were drinking in the stall. I walked around the corner to the bathroom and waited for 15-20 minutes for a group of girls to exit the family stall, where the baby changing table was. Right after we arrived, I asked staff to point me toward the bathroom so I could change my sons diaper. ***Please note, I cannot leave a zero star rating, so in order to leave this review, I had to mark one.*** Yesterday was our first and last trip to this facility.
